Our company is equipped with comprehensive heat treatment technology and in-house capabilities, operating within a facility of approximately 5,000 square meters. Equipped with 10 box-type furnaces, we offer a comprehensive range of heat treatment processes including quenching & tempering, normalizing, and annealing.
Enhancing Structure & Performance Stability
With fully in-house process control, we tailor precise heating and cooling curves based on specific product requirements—ensuring uniform hardness distribution, stable microstructures, and minimal deformation. All heat treatment operations are managed under our ISO 9001 quality management system.

To verify treatment results, we utilize Rockwell and Brinell hardness testers, metallurgical microscopes, and crack detection instruments, providing complete pre- and post-treatment inspection and documentation. Upon request, we deliver detailed reports including hardness data, metallographic images, and treatment parameter records—ensuring every part meets both performance expectations and real-world application standards.
